had to submit 2 reports which requires ALOT of scanning work! took home the office's scanner so that can have 2 scanners to expedite the scanning process! was quite fun scanning with 2 scanners! haha

Awesome worship at the children church

agreed to play karsum's drum on sunday for the children church praise and worship.. its been 4 months since i last played for a worship session! :)

the jing jang sisters... haha.. okok.. jing jing and jing ling.. see what i mean mouthfull pronoucing their names! they led an awesome time of worship with the kids. it was really good! zai meng played the piano, he is very good! very strong presence of God. auntie meiling took over and ministered to the children. many of them were weeping and touched by God. oh well... i was touched too...

SC birthday bashes!

celebrated 4 belated SC birthdays! sabrina and amy whose birthday was in June! yes.. really belated but we didnt forget! hehe.. then july we have eddy and soo yee!


saw ning while waiting at the walkway for my SC gang. ning and i are still attempting to meet for dinner one of these days together with another ex colleague of mine, sharon!

after much deliberations, standing at The Walk, the gang finally decided to go for paddington pancakes! great choice! something different from the usual meals. everyone love it! great food, crazy laughters with a bunch of nutty SCs!


my twin aka lilian! of course i got the better looks!! huaahahaha! we're twin cos we share the same birthday, in 2 different years that is! she's also the prodigal daughter of the SC! due to the nature of her previous jobs she could hardly join the SC outings, but now with her new "normal" job, we'll see her more! cis! oops i mean YAHOO!! :p

ahhh... this is better! one of the six delicious savoury pancakes we ordered! this is one with smoked salmon! it comes with wasabi too! very nice!

soo yee with the money pancakes! thats what it is called! all the little rounded pancakes that looked like gold coins. i like the bacon bits in it! nice too!

hmm... yummy! sooo cheezy! er.. cant remember the name! this is even nicer than the latest pizza hut cheezy lava i had last week! fyi, not nice! not cheezy as it looks advertisement.. fine.. i'm an advertisment victim!

Birthday dinner for the Fongs!

celebrated the Fongs' birthdays in pizza uno at centrepoint. both we born for one another in july! oh yeah.. this is worth mentioning.. i wasnt the latest! lena was!! :p

i think for the first time in history for me where i did not order fettucine cabonara in pizza uno. instead i braved myself to explore other world of spaghetti which leads me to my... err.. forgot what it was called.. al salmon something something i think!! well... not bad... but i think i shall be boring and go back to my cabonara next time! oh well.. suprisingly when it comes to food, i can be quite un-adventurous!

am impressed with the super big prawn in lena's spaghetti marinara. sigh... green always greener on the other side isnt it! grrrr....

Mel's ol' faithful Kancil

hmmm.... goodbye its definately a hard to thing to say... finally decided to part with my kancil... its a sad and happy time for me.. sad cos had to say goodbye to my ol' faithful kancil.. happy of couse, cos gonna have a new car! :)

went to state's sunday car market to try to get a buyer so that can get a better price compared to a trade in. reeeeeeallly praise God!!! in the nick of time, i got the buyer who offered a good price for my kancil! yeeah!! my new car is ON THE WAY!! yeah....

ok.. now may i seek a few moment of silence to pay tribute and respect to my beloved... ol' faithful kancil! with love forever.....

thats my baby that served me faithfully for the past 5 years plus! its really a great car, well to me at least! good times, bad times, its been my bestest company! i always drive around aimlessly in my kancil whenever i feel down.. and it always help me to feel better at the end of it.. so yeah, thanks kancil!

celebrated siao yenn's be-early big TWO!! hmm... feels kinda long since i celebrated MY big two! sigh... oh well maybe i shud be looking forward for my big THREE! haha. anyway.... we went to american chillis in 1U. great food, great company, great laughters!

my skillet fries that i made the kitchen prepare for me! they actually took it off the menu but of course they cant afford to dissappoint such a cute diner, me of course, that they agreed to specially prepare it for me! since its off the menu, they have no price for it! so they had to break down the charges i.e. the fries, the cheese and the sauce! haha. talk abt demanding customer! :p

no... we didnt sit until they close shop! all of a sudden, we heard the fire alarm went off and the gate started coming down!! we thought we were trapped in! we wanted to rush out as act as if its a panic situation so that we dont need to pay for our food!!! haha.. anyway, still dont know what really happened. bottomline, we still had to pay! sigh.. shucks!

after dinner, the gal were all game to join me to go mont kiara for jazz! the jazz fest at sunrise, mont kiara is back!! reeeally nice! it will be on every friday and sat night till Aug 13th!

was quite a crazy nite! had fun poking the gals to tell me their darkest secret! but instead, i think i'm the one who spilled out most of my secrets and opened my "wounds" to them which oh well.. they TRIED... to pacify! think we chatted till abt 1.30am.. hehe
